“First thing you need to know is the caliber of people Jonathan and Trevor are. We primarily worked with Jonathan, but Trevor was supporting in the background as well. These two men are the quality humans that are rare and few and far between. We found them when researching our new duty station in preparation to move from CA to TX on orders. The Jonathan you see in those videos is the Jonathan you get as your agent. His attention to detail, follow up, overall demeanor, and knowledge set are beyond measure. He went out to several home sites and made us videos both with the camera and drone and even drove around the neighborhood to show us what it was like. He gave us the most elite customer service I’ve ever had, bar none. In the middle of our build he had a personal matter he had to attend to that took him out of commission for a bit, but nothing fell through the cracks and he ensured we were taken care of even when he was dealing with that. The amount of text, emails, calls, video chats etc that we had over the couple months we worked together that he had to put up with from us was immense. Still every question was answered with a smile. I love to be able to recommend ACL to all my friends and family in San Antonio. Jonathan is a veteran and understood the challenges of my military family and really came through for us in such a big way. Do yourself a favor and get these guys working for you ASAP.
